It didn't feel like a four star hotel. Not the level of service you would expect of a hotel. No restaurant, very limited food available, almost no front desk service and not super helpful either (only one person a few hours per day). It's more like a tiny rural Inn, with a few rooms. The place is quiet and lovely, rooms are cozy and modern. You can hear your neighbors as if they were in your room, which breaks the peacefulness of the place.

Incredible place to relax a special weekend. Rooms with hydromassage beautiful views and prepared to enjoy food and nice trekking routes in hearth of Gredos. In the morning you see spectacular succession of lakes, glacial cirques, gorges and crags created by erosion during the various ice ages, at night the best place to relax.

The hotel is quite good, the rooms are very clean and with small details that make them different. We really liked: the bathtub in the room, the fireplace, the kettle with infusions, chocolates, cookies, the non-buffet but quality breakfast, the silence, the views, the attention and the comfort of the beds. To improve: temperature reception/breakfast area (very cold), parking and lack of any amenities.

Amazing place to stay Although I have not yet uploaded any photos of the room, I will tell you that it is almost better not to do so and let it surprise us. From 10! Absolute cleanliness, elegant and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is incredible. In the middle of nature you can enjoy a starry night and less than a kilometer from some natural pools that will take your hiccups away (of course, not suitable for those with hot waters because it is very cold) I can't say anything but positive things about Alberto and Inés. Incredible welcome and attentive at all times to whatever we needed. They make you feel like family. I don't have much more to add about the food/breakfast other than the photographs. The incredible steak (come on, you ask for it!) And the lamb chops are also very good. Breakfast was... Well, infinite and really good. Toast, natural juice, coffee, infusion, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, croissant with butter and jam... Well, that's a spectacular accommodation that you should go to at least once in your life. ❤️

We were there this summer, the rooms were good although the balcony, even though it says it had views of the river, had a view of the patio. It was in an excellent location to unwind and go hiking. They were always attentive to us and the breakfast was good. However, I think that the general price of everything (drinks, dinners and even the room) is excessive for what they offer. If I remember correctly, €3 for a bottle of water, the typical one is I'll give you bread that you haven't ordered during dinner and I'll charge you for it even if you haven't touched it.... Things like that are what make you distrust this establishment.

The place is a haven of peace and with an ideal temperature for those of us who flee from the suffocating heat. The modern style room within the rustic and unique environment of what was an old mill. Well-kept details, comfortable, spacious and with good taste. The treatment of the owners as well as the waitress who served us was impeccable, close, polite, very friendly and trying to help and facilitate at all times. They even helped us with reservations for a nearby spa and information about places of interest. We will definitely repeat and look forward to enjoying this place in the winter season.
